How close a cut can I get?
Used without a guide comb, the Precision T-Blade cuts to approximately 0.2mm - a near-skin finish. Attach the guide comb and use the length adjustment dial to set your preferred length for an even all-over trim.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge takes 2 hours via the included USB-C cable and delivers up to 90 minutes of cordless runtime. The LED indicator on the handle shows remaining charge at all times. For first use, charge fully for 2 hours before switching on - this initial charge optimises long-term battery performance. To maintain battery health, fully discharge and recharge the trimmer every 6 months.
How do I attach the guide comb?
Slide the guide comb onto the cutting head until it clicks into position. The trimmer must be switched off while the guide comb is being attached or removed. To remove, switch off the trimmer and pull the comb away from the cutting head.
Can I charge trimmer internationally?
Yes. The trimmer charges via USB-C at a universal voltage input (DC 5V 1A 5W), which means it works with any USB power source anywhere in the world - a wall adapter, power bank, or laptop. No voltage converters required.
How do I maintain the trimmer?
Switch the trimmer off before cleaning or carrying out any maintenance. Remove loose hair from the blade with the included cleaning brush after each use. Apply 2 drops of lubricating oil directly to the blade (with the trimmer on at a 45° angle) to extend blade life and maintain cutting performance. Do not use solvents or harsh cleaners on any part of the unit.
What voltage is required for charging?
The trimmer must be charged at the specified voltage: DC 5V 1A 5W. While charging, the on/off switch must be set to the "0" (off) position. Overcharging is not possible - the device has built-in protection. A 2-hour charge is required before initial use.
